Q) What do you mean by automation ? What are its benefits ?

Ans: It is basically a technique to automate the tasks and process with the help of customized equipment which rely upon technology. It is valuable for the associations to consider automation as it enhances capability and cut down the botches from a couple of business techniques and transactions. Moreover, the human interference can be avoided up to a great extent. Different strategies can be automated with the usage of specific equipment and expertise.


Q) What is Robotic Process Automation ?

Ans: Robotics Process Automation(RPA) is a software program which runs on an end user's pc, laptop. 
RPA does not require the development of code, nor does it require direct access to the code or database of the applications. It is a sequence of commands which are executed by Bots under some defined set of business rules.

RPA can be used to automate workflow, infrastructure, back office process which are labor intensive.
The main goal of Robotics process automation process to replace repetitive and boring clerical task performed by humans, with a virtual workforce.
